UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES

Delivery times in the UK are between 14 and 30 days from the point of order. For a more accurate delivery date please enquire at the time of purchase.

THE REST OF THE WORLD

When you place your order you will need to make two separate payments:

1. Following the receipt of this order and payment we will email you the balance of delivery charge required for your destination.

2. Upon receipt of your agreement, we will arrange for the balance of the delivery charge to be debited to your card through the online secure payment system.

VAT

VAT is charged at the current UK rate of 17.5%. Vat will not be charged on orders received from outside the UK.

RETURNS

We operate a common sense returns policy which means that we will take all reasonable steps to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.

Please note the following points:

We will refund/replace any defective prints or frames at our own cost (including p&p) of any individual frames which arrive defective in any way so long as we are notified within 5 days of delivery.

As all our prints and frames are made to order we cannot accept return of these unless they are defective.

We will not be liable for return postage costs unless the order received is defective.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
